Avocado oil is also great for salads and this type of thing. I’m not sure what Keto breading is.

what did you use for your breading? crushed pork rinds?

I used keto breading. 1 Tbsp almond flour, 2 tbsp flax meal, 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese. You can use any size as long as you maintain the 1,2,3 ratio.
