Thanks for sharing this Best breading recipe I've seen. Sounds like this would work well. Been two years roughly since I've had anything with a crust. Probably needless to say to stay away from soy, corn, and other vegetable oils for frying. What type of fat do you use for that?

I love flaxmeal, you can make crackers out of it and parm, and water. Add spices to taste..
Or minute muffins in the microwave. Look those 2 up if you haven't!
