I was just looking att when I started using this app. I was in the 220's and still losing. 7 years later I started over at 283. Wow it's so easy to be undisciplined and unhealthy.

2190 kcal Fat: 82.84g | Prot: 131.89g | Carb: 242.89g.   Breakfast: Trader Joe's Chorizo, Egg & Cheese Crustless Quiche, Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Raisin, Date & Walnut, Guida's 2% Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch: Bush's Best Crowder Peas, Brown Sugar, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Pork Chops (Center Loin, Bone-In, Cooked, Broiled). Dinner: Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce, Brown Sugar, Bush's Best Crowder Peas, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Peach, Nabisco Triscuit Crackers Original, Fiorucci Pepperoni Panino, Peach. more...

It is very easy to be bad. I’ve started over numerous times and I’m tired of it. I need to stick to it this time.

Thanks everyone. I am counting calories. Trying to stay under 2000 a day. Documenting everything I eat.

just take one day at a time eating as healthy as you can for that day document everything drink plenty of water you will get their.
