My weight is going up and down like a seesaw, but at least its small movements! I ate very well for breakfast and lunch, but I cooked a stir-fry for supper and it had too many carbs -- but it was delicious, I'm not really complaining! When I came home from 5 hours subbing for someone at the library, my BS was down to 93. That is pretty low for me, but it comes as a result of Keto. I'm not complaining about that either. My doctor said whenever I'm below 100, I can leave off a med. I'm getting there!
I watered the garden this evening. It looks like time to pull out most of my spring garden and plant some mid-summer veggies. We had July weather in June and so far in July, it looks like August weather, hot and dry. One good thing about that is chiggers don't like August weather much either. If you haven't experienced chiggers, call yourself blessed! They are little tiny insects that lurk in the grass and wait for humans to pass by for dinner. Worse than ants and mosquitoes combined.
