Crap. I have been checking my macros on every app on the internet. So this is what I came up with, I need to pull my calories back to 1360 (which is hard because for some reason Keto makes me hungry and I know it is not supposed to). I am going to try my fat at 100 grams, protein at 89, and carbs at 25 (which I do not think I can do-my brain is not programed for that high of carbs).


Any words of wisdom?? Much appreciate the input. :)
144.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
