I was going to fast till 12p but wound up do 20 hours so I think I might try to do 1 meal a day? Lol well see how it goes. Keto sausage gravy for dinner!

SA8 it’s been great and very frustrating. I wish I knew digestion would be a Huge issue for me. I wasn’t prepared. But I think things are going to run a lill smoother now (no pun intended lol). I think I lost almost 6# the first week and only 2.5 this week. Also before I started Keto I was on low carb high protein for 6 weeks and that helped me transition. I lost 20# in those 6 weeks

That's awesome! I have been keto for 6 months. I've gotten cognitive benefits, but not the weight. Not 100% sure why. Keep it up if it's working though!!
