Hi All. Is the RDI on here accurate? How many of you consume the recommended amount of food? Thanks

The FS RDI is rubbish. Vastly overestimates calories. Here's the simplest way to get started fast. Set up your diet at 10 calories per pound of body weight. For the next 10 days, weigh in dry every morning and log 100% of your food intake. Adjust as needed, rinse and repeat.

Thanks, Jimmiepop. What about the Activity calorie estimates? They seem unusually high to me.
