today its day 9 on my weight loss pill and im seeing my personal trainer. i am excited and i cant wait to see how hectic his training schedule will be. i still haven't weighed in since last week Monday. i dont want the scale to define my efforts. i just need to eat more. iv been living on less than 500 calories a day. my doctor expects me to lose 10kg by the 19th June. i know i will.
