Just settled in for the night with my youngest, 4. He has a cartoon on and since we are trying to get weight on him, we encourage him to always have a snack within reach. I started in on his cereal, a big no-no for me as it’s a slippery slope to bingeville once I start. I stopped, put it down, grabbed an entire bag of baby carrots, and shared the whole thing with him and the dog 😋 not too shabby for a Friday night! The beginning of my week was chocfull of whoops and uh ohs, and by today I feel I’m back on track. I had steamed cauliflower, carrots, fresh banana, and Greek nonfat yogurt. I drank a low sugar orange mix, and black coffee. I am full, satisfied, and relaxed. I ate several times throughout the day, and I enjoyed every bite...... I am at high risk for binging at night, especially when hubby is at work (tonight’s case). So, I’m journaling about it, with a heating pad on my back and a cat on my lap, slippers on my feet, in my recliner. ☺️ verrrry comfy. Waiting on child 15 to return from track, and then waiting up for hubby to return. I completed my day within my caloric goal, and I know I have at least 4 hours of not eating to get through before I get to go to bed. BUT, I give myself FULL PERMISSION to retire early in the event I am triggered and need to call it a day early. One thing I know is that staying up late and eating unplanned things go hand in hand for me, and I’m really close to seeing a loss on the scale! I’m going to stay committed to my goal, and give myself an out . Tomorrow is actually grocery shopping day since today ended up being busy with school stuff for child 4. I have a partial list completed, but it will have to get done before I go tomorrow. I never have to go alone, it’s our habit to shop together. Walmart date! 🤣 and no I don’t care how bad you think Walmart is. Just shush 🤫 😂😂😂😂 anyhoot, peace love and happiness to all, and to all a GOOD night 😘😴💤🌙
