So, it's very hot in OKC right now, summer is just around the corner (if not already here). Usually this means I have less appetite & don't crave chocolate quite as much, which you'd think would be a good thing weight-loss wise. But there's one problem with summer and dieting for me, and that problem can be summed up in 2 words: Ice Cream! Truly the Bane of my summertime dieting efforts, even if I'm indulging on Homemade Strawberry instead of Deep Chocolate. What to do, what to do....

Maybe you could try making it from frozen bananas? I've seen it done with peanut butter and cocoa powder or sugar free chocolate syrup.
