Lately I have been in a down mood and have left myself go and not be aware of the poor choice I was making. The scale shows the poor choice but more than that my body feels it. I am constantly tired, feeling bloated, no desire to workout, giving up on something so easy. I am so happy I can see it. I am aware of what choice are not good. I have a goal and I want to accomplish that goal. I keep starting over and today I decide this is my last day of starting over, it takes hard work and I need to stick to my plan and not be weak to the comfort of food. Cheer to the last beginning!!!

After this Mother's Day weekend I am back on my Keto diet. This weekend was rough but I think it was needed. Back on the proper eating road!!!
