Big calorie burn this morning requires a big lunch! Steel cut oats with broccoli, power greens, garlic and 2 oz chicken thigh cooked in bone broth. Topped with an egg and fat free feta. No added salt. 553 calories, 38 grams protein, 13 grams fiber.

Happy to see a loss. With cooler weather, increased activity and holiday temptations, I struggled with dialing in the right amount of calories. Cookie and cake temptations were filled by eating more fruit and consciously paying attention to my fullness factor.
