Every day for the dinner I eat 250-300g of cottage cheese. I will write on the next post why it is so beneficial ☺️

1st week.
How do my abs look today. I will be posting abs and posing pictures in the future, to see improvements 💪🏼
It’s been only a WEEK of healthy and balanced eating, going to check my weight tomorrow 😳 a bit scared, cause didn’t do it recently.

Lunch preparation for the next 3 days 💪🏼💪🏼 full nutrition: protein, carbs and fat. I always try to do preparation for 3 days. As it is easier after just grab one and eat, as well as, less opportunity to eat unhealthy.
