So I dropped 5 pounds in a day. I think a lot of the weight gain happened due to being backed up. A 3 pound weight gain over Memorial Day weekend sounds a bit more accurate.

I took a break from fat secret over Memorial Day weekend. I went right back to overeating without even realizing it. All the weight I lost these past couple weeks- I’ve gained back.
Lesson learned- I need to keep recording calories. The only way I know I’ve had enough food is when I can visually see it.
