Out of the UK prediabetes range (over 5.4) and into normal. Now to keep it there!
-- Less than 25g sugar a day.
-- Replacing refined carbs with low starch vegetable carbs.
-- 16:8 intermittent fasting as often as possible.
-- Maximizing daily steps and exercise.

5.6 at 11:00 a.m. Getting close to the normal range!!
What a difference an hour makes. The reading was 6.4 at 10 a.m.

Surprised and sad to see my blood sugar up so high again after yesterday's 5.8.

Glucose level heading down nicely -- way to go! Great to see results for hard work.
Collected groceries from online Morrison's order. Think this is much better for checking nutritional values in foods, for buying the right things, and for not being tempted by lots of not-so-good things...

Better glucose. At least heading in the right direction now!
Learning lots about sugar, carb and fibre levels in food. Can't believe I haven't know this before.
Doing well with changing diet and substituting refined carbs.
40-minute walk with Callum today at Glenfield Country Park. The hills were hard!
