Had low-carb lunch & dinner yesterday.

Same weight of 77.1kg for the 3rd day.
No change in weight shown on the 'smart scale' but there was a 1cm drop waist-line drop and 0.5cm drop for my neck circumference.
Key takeaway: Old school is still good school.

Broke fast with homemade miso soup, tofu and white button mushroom. Also ate walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, laver seaweed, kimchi and tuna in olive oil. Small quality of each and it felt like a feast.
