Frustrating to see my glucose level heading up the way instead of down. But then I've only been trying to get it down for three days, I suppose.
The fear of full-blown diabetes is with me constantly now.
30-minute cross-trainer workout again today.
Sticking rigorously now to 16:8 IF and low-carb/sugar diet.

Glucose up from yesterday, and it was bad enough then.
Learned that high blood sugar leads not only to diabetes but also to arterial damage that significantly increases risk of:
Heart attacks
Laminating
Stroke
DEATH
Getting my sugar levels down is now a matter of life and death.

Any glucose level between 5.7 and 7.0 is considered pre-diabetic.
Finally got on cross-trainer for 30 minutes. Yay!
Serious low-sugar diet started now. Re-discovered the joys of cabbage! Used to enjoy this as a teenager with Mum.
PIC BELOW: Dinner of white cabbage, broccoli, and diced salami, with 1/4 tin of Campbell's cream of chicken soup. Very tasty and filling.
