I am back again. I have gain 15 pounds since last year. I need to lose it at least 10 pounds; my legs and feet are paying the consequences of my weight gain. I will try by next 2 weeks; I will be down at least 6 pounds....
151.0 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
