Did everything yesterday except get in my fiber, and that was because I didn't feel like eating dinner. Only had a couple servings of watermelon, cherries and a whole tomato as far as fruits/veggies. The not feeling well precluded me from eating the cabbage, carrots and cucumbers I had planned in my menu. I'm FINE today, PTL!
Weight down another pound this morning, Hallelujah! Praying it will continue to steadily go down. So far, so good. Staying the course.
Yesterday, I only had 2-1/2 twelve-ounce Diet Cokes, instead of the 3 I've been having for the last month. Baby steps.

Am so glad you are doing better. I'm proud of you for cutting down on the diet Coke, and glad for the sake of your body. I too started a new baby step yesterday in dieting so you are an inspiration to me.
