Wanted to eat ALL day yesterday, and basically did. Ended up being over 2,100 calories, but I DID record everything I ate (which is much harder to do when you're eating the wrong things). I'll be so glad when I go to heaven and get my NEW BODY, which I'm almost certain will NOT gain weight, have wrinkles, or be flabby! (For those of you not familiar with the Bible, I must confess that it doesn't SAY those things about our glorified bodies, but it DOES say that we'll get one!)
I've GOT to stop buying and making dessert things "for my husband!" Yesterday, I joined him in having more than one of the Royal Dansk Danish Butter Cookies, had a Lu Pim's Orange English Biscuit, and also had a serving of the banana pudding I made "for him." Stop the madness!
Thankfully, I had a bowel movement before weigh-in this morning, or the damage on the scales would have been even worse! Today, we are taking my MIL out to lunch for her birthday. She requested a sandwich place called the Pickel Barrel (spelled correctly), which we have never been too. They don't have an online menu, so I can't check it out ahead of time to make the best choices. Praying I'll "be good" while I am there and choose the best things they have on the menu.
OK, off now to (hopefully) make a good breakfast choice!
