Sounds good. Little steps. Better to have a little fruit instead of simple carbs with few nutrients. A bit of fruit can be very satisfying.

that’s kinda what i’m trying this time around. just limiting nutrient empty carbs and trying to stick to whole nutrient dense unprocessed foods mixed with counting calories and only eating very small amounts in the morning or nothing at all and having a big dinner.... so far i really really love it and the weight loss has been feeling effortless

good luck Debbie... we should get back on track together!! you know i’ve been off a long time as well. better for us to start now than wait until we gain it all back... that would be too much for me to handle... been there done that!!!
