What an active, successful day! I got up, went to water aerobics, came home & hopped in the other car with partner, daughter, & grandson. We drove to Cannon Beach, walked to Haystack Rock, then south down the beach, getting our feet wet & looking for shells. Next we enter to downtown Cannon Beach & ate at a pub; I had half of a black bean & brown rice burrito. Didn't eat the tortilla that had most of the cheese stuck to it.
My calories are plenty low considering the awesome candy shop we visited. I had nothing; partner had a frozen banana dipped in chocolate & nuts; daughter got divinity fudge & a little saltwater taffy, whereas grandson got quite an assortment of taffy. I did have a Trader Joe's Carribean Fruit Floe, then a pineapple Greek yogurt after we got home.. 1228 callories on day I burned wound 2333; pretty darn good for a gogogo great fun with friends/family day.
The question remainsz; why is it that on a week of averaging 1200 calories a day & getting plenty of exercise have I LOST NO WEIGHT! Really no biggy; I could tomorrow & find a nice surprise!

Yes - it is the mystery of life, isn't it? I am unsure why the body does what it does. I had a similar week and today, zero change, nada, nothing! But, I am trying to adjust and not freak out when it happens. You have a good attitude about it, so THANKS!
