Motivated's Journal, 26 July 2007

Perfect day today. Bite of chicken for pre-breakfast; half omlette (egg, cheese, tomato, bacon)coffee with half and half both on arising and with omellete. Lots of water. Lunch chicken ceasar salad; dinner chicken and lettuce and blue cheese dressing. 3 diet cokes. Eliptical trainer 35 minutes and no weights. No wine.
