How do I add my own recipe so that I can, for example, make protein bars and then record that I ate 1/12 of that recipes yeild?

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 May 2018:
1689 kcal Fat: 50.94g | Prot: 115.20g | Carb: 198.92g.   Breakfast: Ideal Protein Peanut Butter Protein Bar, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Egg. Lunch: Mayonnaise, Pepperidge Farm Onion Hamburger Buns, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Chow Fun Noodles with Meat and Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Whole Fruit Strawberry Fruit Bar, Bananas. more...


Comments 
If you do it online, not in the app... go to recipes, click add your own, and go from there. Then when you save it, you can go in your app later and add it to your food diary. It asks you when creating the recipe how many servings there are. Good luck.
