sooo.. new phone, just installed this program, looks like I had it before. scary catching up to your own entries. Lost most of my memory of last year, medication called Lyrica for nerve damage and pain. Works, although side effects make it not worth it. looks like my weight is back up and out of control. Going to start fixing that today. Lot of stress lately, but you got to start somewhere. Or restart I guess.

Yeah I felt pretty goofing one week too. Think I just cut too many carbs out all at once. Generally feel different but better myself. X Military as well and enjoy putting on the heart monitor and treadmill, bicycle, or run myself to exhaustion 😎. Good stuff !
