been off work 3 days so I've had a good think, I am determined to make a change to my body and my lifestyle. I now look after someone who is disabled and I can't do that if I'm not fit and well myself. I've gone on too long being a person who doesn't care about herself just others... need to start putting me up front now and taking charge of this body as no-one else will. x
