I'm on my diet process since last June.I did exercise at least 20 minutes for 5 days.I'm taking in more fibres in my daily meals and having 5 small meals one day.I'm feeling great but slowly I'm feeling tired to do exercise nowadays. I would not give up no matter how.I start to feel that my jeans is loosen now.I hope my passion on this would not lessen and Will do my best to prove to those people that look down on me! Cheers =)
