Oh I am glad I survived work yesterday. 14 hours on my feet w/ little sleep. In the past I would have been completely exhausted but since I have been exercising on a regular basis, it wasn't too bad when I came home. My feet and back don't hurt either today and that's w/out pain reliever. But my hands are swollen from all the hell I put them through chopping and grabbing and lifting. Didn't stuff my face too bad either. A good productive day I think.
