Ok so the calorie tracking has been phenomenal for showing me what I am consuming, and how if I am conscious about my foods I'm less likely to eat more. I consciously look at the food offered to me and think - Do I really want to enter that into FatSecret? I've set a personal max of 1500 calories per day. Now, spreading the food i eat throughout the day has resulted in me being less hungry and able to easily leave room for a daily treat to cap out my calorie count. Drinking more water too!

Go Rea! I look at 1500 and think "Man, I'd go so hungry on that.." but I'm sure smarter food choices would make a HUGE difference. Maybe chocolate and alcohol as my treats need to take a back seat for a little while :p.
