It's Flippin' Awesome!!! I'm SO Happy!!!! I've finally lost more than 5% of my weight. What a test this has been. I feel great physically but emotionally...I'm truly beside myself. I don't even know how I'm going to get in the car my head's so big right now.

I've been diligent with counting my calories, exercising and making great food choices and guess what? It works..d'oh...who knew?!

I feel like I eat a ton and because I exercise I still don't eat enough for the weight I am.

My strategy:
December: Made a decision to conquer my ANT's (Automatic Negative Thoughts) about my body and my weight.
Stopped drinking soda and made a conscious effort to drink water with lemon, coffee, tea or when at home use Crystal Lite, sparingly.
January: Stopped using sugar in my coffee (huge since I drink coffee all day)
By the end of the month I started on the MyAlli program.
February: Continued journaling my food intake and then found FatSecret.
When eating out, I either share my entree with another or split it in half and have it boxed before I start to eat.
I also drink water and lemon before I would start my meal.
March: Focused on working out, with walking and the PBS program Body Electric. Changed my alli plan and only used when I would eat a meal that was over 16 grams of fat or when dining out.
April: Stayed with the plan and didn't give up even when it was getting discouraging. When I wouldn't want to walk or go food shopping, I would make myself and tell myself to get over it! No one likes a whiner...especially me!
I'm CRAZY HAPPY TODAY!!!!

212.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
