Yikes - got up at 7:30am with a plan to exercise outdoors. By 7:40am it already was 87 degrees...so going with plan B - use an exercise DVD.

We are breaking heat AND drought records here. Yup . . . Brutal! Have fun with your DVD. The alternative is not an option.
