I am really feeling annoyed that I can eat well for a week and one day of bad choices the scale jumps up 3-5 lbs?????

Very relatable. I’m a night eater- if I can’t sleep. I’m a chronic insomniac sooooo. We’ll get there. Exercise helps me feel like I’m at least making baby steps.

Patience is essential. Remember weight is just one marker of your health. It's important that you recognize high carb and processed food. Use some other techniques to avoid hunger. Read more about emotional hunger, maybe that could help to improve. Don't quit, you can do it.
