I feel so worn out when I get home from work, I usually force myself to exercise. Once I do, I feel better. It definitely lowers my stress level and I sleep better. So, now the big question, why do I have to force myself when I know it's making me feel better????

I know how you feel!! We have to force ourselves because it is one more thing in our life we have to find time for in a already overloaded schedule! Just keep thinking of how good you feel after you exercise and knowing you did something good for yourself!
