I am starting to believe that stress does play a hugh role on weight reduction. If this divorce does not soon get over with, I may never get rid of this weight. Yikes! Managed to lose 272 lbs. 200 was husband, 72lbs was my weight loss and now I am stuck with this nagging 25lbs. It is like having husband still hanging on. I am going to go out of my mind. LOL

I do believe stress does play a role. I'm in the midst of a foreclosure and bankruptcy ... I swear this is slowing me down physically. I lost on Atkins a LOT faster 5 or 6 years ago ... this time is very slow. Stress sucks! Hang in there.

Stress and inadequate sleep do play huge factors in our weight loss. I am so sorry to hear that you both are facing some pretty serious stresses right now. Just keep looking toward that light at the end of the tunnel. Pretty soon it will all be over with. Take care.
