Trying to cut down on sugar, chocolate, crisps and sugary drinks but oh my god its difficult going cold turkey.

I had a hot chocolate on skim milk with only 1/2 teaspoon of powder rather than the normal 3 I put in. And I caved and had a biscuit with my tea (90cals) -- either that or eat the full caramel slice (490cals)in my drawer. It now has a note on it not to be opened until I reach my goal weight and have it as a treat - if I even still want it then. ANd its under lock and key now so that I'm not tempted. I know its there but I'm beginning to hear the little tiny voice of my willpower.

This addiction to sugar is harder than I thought as I eat sweet stuff for every meal and snack. Granted, not as bad as I used to but its all I can think about right now. Its driving me insane.
