Not the best day ever LOL! After being so good and low carb yesterday we didn't feel well (I blame erythritol) we went to the diner and had roast beef dip and fries. I took 1/4 of the bun off the sandwich and only ate 1/2 the fries...but still. No bueno! Some days I just don't know what to eat that isn't unhealthy.
