I can't stay motivated.
I'm stressed and eating things that are bad for me. My weight went up a pound since yesterday. I feel very tired and even more discouraged.

Don't get discouraged that will only make things worse.
Remember why you are doing this to be healthy and so you don't have to worry about it when you are 33 like me ;-) If you have a bad day be done with it and move on to the next! Stay strong!

get rid of the bread, slimfast, peanut butter, and choclate until you get past phase 1. try eggs and veggies for breakfast, lunch was ok, except for the bread, and snacks can be oranges, apples, or other fresh fruit. hang in there
