I've managed to lose 4 kilograms in 3 weeks. I have to lose 6 more kilograms and there are 5 weeks left before we go to the beach and they start on my wedding dress, hopefully I'll succeed.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 July 2012:

Well done! I find that if I eat lots of salads and veg and protein the weight drops off and I don't feel deprived. Also up the exercise - that helps with feeling good and positive. Keep at it - you will feel wonderful in 5 weeks!
