I lost a couple of kg in January and kept it off until recently and I've just got the eating bug now. Every evening I eat far far too much. Chocolate mainly. I don't know how to stop so I'm hoping for some help and support

Every time I start a weight loss I stop eating after supper. At first I stuff myself with fruits until I don't need them anymore. Eat fruit of veggies at first. You will get used to it.
