I visited family this weekend. My splurging... kind of a controlled explosion. I did make quite a few healthy choices that I wouldn't have before considered, but I ate too much. The difference might mean weight maintenance over weight loss for this week. I guess I'll see the damage tomorrow.
Today was the worst. I started out with good intentions, but all in all I ended up dealing with unexpected temptations such as fried foods. And I didn't deal with them too well. I am a little down about it, but I am still optimistic for the second week.
Goals for this week: more exercise and a better regulated diet.
