Wow, the last time I was on here was back in December. I knew I had let things go, but I didn't think it had been that long.
Right after the holidays, my husband and I started looking for new apartments because we hated the one we were in. We moved in mid-Feb and now it's already April.
The time sure flies.
I need to get back on this eating plan. I wanted to lose weight because my husband and I are planning to start a family. I want to be healthy before I get pregnant to increase my chances of a healthy pregnancy.
I know I can do it if I put my mind to it because I have done it before. I just need to make conscious choices about what I am eating.
