Definately a better day yesterday. Stuck to the diet perfectly. Walked 1.5 miles on my treadmill. I feel good. I can tell I've lost more weight. I guess this diet is more forgiving than others I've done in the past. But I'm not going to make a habit out of cheating. It's all about smashing the old bad habits and making new good ones. So that's what I'm going to do. Plan on taking a day off from exercising. Although, every time I say that, I don't. But as Dr. Ian says, anything you do over 30 mins a day, 5 days a week is bonus. So I guess I'm trying to rack up alot of bonus points...:) Have a great day all.
