Woohoo! I never thought I could just drop off pounds by watching what I eat, but I am doing it! I never ever want to see 150 on the scale again! Ps. Walking away the pounds really helps too, it's amazing and super easy!!
147.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
