End of week one=beginning of my new life?
Alas, the inevitable end of week one has arrived. I've been losing weight and eating considerably better than I had been, but I haven't been following the FF diet as well as I should be. I crave bread--and I've caved on more than one occasion. However, hadn't had dairy until today. I blame my cheese eating on my extreme nervousness--I have an interview tonight! [insert girlish-squeal here: eeek!]. I took the advice I got here, and I went for it. Wish me luck! End of week one=beginning of my new life? I guess we're soon to find out.
