Okay, cool. I'm proud of myself. I took four days off for a Girls Weekend and was so afraid it would be enough to break my habit of exercising and watching my weight. It DIDN'T. : ) Hooray! I did a full work out today - 30 Day Shred, level 3, Power Sculpt 1 & 3, and Cardio Max 1 & 2, along with the warm up and cool down. Just about an hour and a half, and something close to 550 calories burned. Finished a good hour ago or so, and my calorie burn rate is still at 3.5 calories per minute. I wish I could have that kind of rate all the time : ) Anyway, I just feel really good about it. This is the first time I've gone that long without a workout and without watching calories for the most part, and still got right back on track. Maybe this is a new lifestyle and not just a glitch. I didn't weigh myself - won't for a day or two. I know I put on some weight, but I hope it's true that the weight put on most recently drops off quickly. We'll see. It was worth it, I needed a great weekend with my buddies.
