Today I made it to the grocery for fresh fruits and vegetables to fulfill the challenge I joined. I haven't lost any weight, and I'm going to try to eat fewer calories this week and drink more water with lemon. I plan to work out 3 times too and treat myself to a massage once a month (which I had today). If I haven't lost significant weight by May 14, my next massage, I will join Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig in June.
