I'm pretty excited about dropping the weight...I have been taking my boys to the park and walking for about an hour a day. It's a great way to work out and spend time with my kids...b/c I work all day and then having to go to the gym after work consumes more time away from them. Plus they get the much needed excercise they need and releasing some of that energy they have.
