stopped the drops on Saturday and tomorrow is my last day on P2. I'm excited to eat avocado again and have more food. but to tell you the truth with intermittent fasting my stomach has shrunk a lot. I can barely eat 500 cal at this point. my goal is to increase to 1800 calories and do weights with 18% protein 30%fat 52 %carbs based on my body type.
