I'm moving right along. It has only been 10 days and I know that I always loose a good bit of weight at the beginning of any "diet" I've ever started, but I am encouraged. Actually, as long as I keep the right kinds of foods in the kitchen, this plan is very easy to follow. I haven't gotten that nagging hunger feeling at all. I have craved sweets a little. So far I have been able to handle that with the Sugar Free Werther's Hard Caramel candy pieces. I really feel energetic and overall very good. I'm working out at Curves three times a week and feeling really good about that too.

that's brilliant - it can be really hard when you try to change too many things at once, but it sounds like you have yourself organised.... if you're managing to work out, and eat right then that's absolutely brilliant! Well done you.

Yeah, you are way ahead of me. I decided to change my eating habits first and then add in the exercise. Well, I've not had potatoes or sugar in my kitchen for almost 5 weeks but still haven't summoned the will power to exercise. I'm pleased with the progress I've made so far, but want to be fit, not just smaller, so thanks for the motivation towards step 2 of my plan! (I needed a kick in the pants!)
