I wish I had a good scale. I feel very unhealthy today, I ate a wrap, tuna sandwich, like 200 cal worth of chips, an english muffin with butter, and I drank a lot of milk. I didn't eat anything to bad but I'm mad about that muffin. And the chips. I am not getting chips with lunch anymore I've just decided. And if I have to eat something after my morning class, I am not putting butter on it. I started my own diet! I'm excited and I hope it works!
Oh plus for today was at work I had to carry tons of bags and go up lots of stairs so it burned a lot of calories and hopefully the muffin.
